THE BOY WHO DID P.E. IN HIS PANTS
BY A.F. HARROLD
I think I'm going to have to try to get more Fizzlebert books in the school library. Fizzlebert is a sensible, patient, polite boy who happens to live in a circus. His mum’s a clown and his dad’s a strongman! He ends up in all sorts of strange situations but he does his level best to not panic and sort things out. It is said that everyone has a double somewhere in the world and in this story Fizzlebert comes across his, with dire consequences and he finds himself going to school for the first time ever!
I thoroughly enjoyed this eccentric but lovely tale full of wonderful characters. Fizzlebert is wise and cheerfully optimistic. I’m sure you’ll like him.
